Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation when your order is received and a tracking notification when it ships.
Carriers, Tracking, and Cost
Orders ship by a major carrier with tracking. A tracking number is emailed when a label is created. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Packages are shipped in discreet, plain packaging.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. A complete and accurate shipping address is required; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Product Form and Storage on Arrival
Research peptides ship as a stable lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that tolerates standard transit conditions. On arrival, store the unopened vials as directed, generally refrigerated, and keep them out of direct light and heat until used in a research setting. Materials are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.
Delays and Lost Packages
Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control once a package is in transit. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package appears lost, contact us and see the Non-Delivery section of our Refund and Returns Policy.
