Research Materials and Returns
Due to the nature of research materials and to protect product integrity, opened, used, or tampered vials cannot be returned or resold. Unopened products may be eligible for return only in the limited cases described below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item and packaging. After review we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Non-Delivery
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund once the investigation is complete.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or handed to the carrier it cannot be canceled, and the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect and Non-Delivery sections apply instead.
Quality and Certificates of Analysis
Every lot is third-party tested to a 99 percent or higher purity target, and a Certificate of Analysis is available on request. If you have a documented quality concern about a specific lot, contact us with the product and lot number and we will review it.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically a few business days after we issue the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
